New design accounts come with a 30-day money-back guarantee—if you are not satisfied with our work, we will issue a refund.

If a client is dissatisfied with our services, a refund may be processed within 30 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the client’s account, either through account credits or direct bank deposit.

All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original purchaser and credited to the same bank account used for the initial payment.

Please note that fees for Domain Name Registration, Domain Transfers, or any other hosting-related services are non-refundable, as these services are managed by third-party global providers.

Additionally, all newly purchased domain names are final sales at the time of purchase and are not eligible for refunds. As the sole owner of the domain, you have the right to transfer it, but refunds are not available from the organizations involved.
